Terms and Conditions

1. Overview of the Rewards Program

The eTransaction Rewards Program allows registered users of the eTransaction platform ("Users") to earn rewards based on their activity, including completed transactions, purchases made on the platform, and inviting others to join eTransaction. Rewards may include cashback, gift cards for popular brands, or other promotional items as determined by eTransaction.

2. Eligibility

• The Rewards Program is open to all registered users of eTransaction who comply with the platform's general terms of use.
• Participation in the program is free of charge and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• Certain rewards, such as redeeming gift cards for Visa or MasterCard, may require successful completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

3. Earning Rewards

3.1 Transactions and Purchases

• Users earn points or rewards based on the number of completed transactions and purchases made on the eTransaction platform.
• The earning rates and qualifying activities will be outlined in the Rewards Program details on the platform and may change at eTransaction's discretion.

3.2 Inviting Others to Join

• Users can earn rewards by inviting others to join the eTransaction platform. To qualify:
  
  
  • The invited individual must register using the invitation link or code provided by the User.
  • The invited individual must complete at least one qualifying transaction or purchase on the platform.
• Rewards for invitations may be subject to a maximum limit per User and/or additional conditions as determined by eTransaction.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent invitation practices, including creating multiple accounts, are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

4. Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards can be redeemed for cashback, gift cards, or other promotional items as made available by eTransaction.
• Gift cards for Visa, MasterCard, or other brands may require Users to complete a KYC process to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.
• eTransaction reserves the right to impose minimum thresholds or other conditions for redeeming rewards.

5. KYC Process for Certain Rewards

• To redeem certain rewards, such as Visa or MasterCard gift cards, Users may be required to complete a KYC verification process.
• The KYC process may involve submitting valid identification documents, proof of address, or other information as required by law or eTransaction's policies.
• Failure to complete the KYC process successfully may result in the forfeiture of the reward.

6. Expiration of Rewards

• Rewards earned through the Rewards Program may have an expiration date. Users are responsible for redeeming their rewards before the expiration date.
• Unused or expired rewards will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

7. Fraud and Misuse

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Rewards Program, including fraudulent transactions or invitations, will result in the forfeiture of rewards and may lead to the suspension or termination of the User’s account.
• eTransaction reserves the right to review and investigate all transactions and invitations to ensure compliance with these terms.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

• eTransaction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
• If the Rewards Program is terminated, Users will be given a reasonable time frame to redeem any unused rewards, unless otherwise stated.

9. Privacy

• Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to eTransaction's Privacy Policy, which explains how User data, including data submitted during the KYC process, is collected, used, and protected.

10. Limitation of Liability

• eTransaction is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation or inability to participate in the Rewards Program, including but not limited to technical issues, system errors, or unauthorized access.
• eTransaction’s liability is limited to the value of the rewards earned by the User.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where eTransaction is legally incorporated.
• However, Users accessing the platform from the United States or other countries acknowledge that local laws may apply to their use of the Rewards Program.
• In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with international arbitration standards.
• Users in jurisdictions that do not permit arbitration may resolve disputes in their local courts, as required by law.
